We may process account identifiers, support contact details, subscription state, transaction-related product data, and product usage data that are necessary to operate our software products and provide support.
We use information to operate user accounts, maintain subscriptions, provide customer support, secure our products, diagnose product issues, and improve product reliability.
Some Recre8box products may connect to third-party platforms when that connection is required for the product’s core workflow. In those cases, the connection is used to support features the user has chosen to enable inside the product.
We do not sell personal data. We may use infrastructure and payment providers when required to operate our software products.
